Robert Grafford

Robert Grafford is Deputy CEO of Elva Group, Sweden’s leading AWS-focused consultancy. He works from both Stockholm and Örebro, and his role combines business development, partnerships and organisational growth.

Robert’s conviction is simple: most organisations already have their most valuable asset, their own data. The right development work, combined with the thoughtful use of AI, can turn that data into faster decisions, smarter services and real business value, often much sooner than expected. Helping customers make that shift is at the heart of his work.

At Elva, Robert leads the build-out of Elva Stockholm/Örebro, growing both the team and the customer base. He also brings Elva’s experience from complex delivery engagements to more organisations.

Before joining Elva Group in 2026, Robert held customer-oriented roles in both large and smaller organisations, spanning delivery management and sales. That background gives him a clear view of both what customers need and what it takes to deliver it.

Outside work, Robert lives in a coastal town in Södermanland. He loves playing golf, heads for the ski slopes, and enjoys exploring big cities. He has an adventurous mind, and he values meeting people face to face over going through working life as a digital avatar.
